Italian Meatball Recipe for Main Course or Appetizer

3 tbsp of fresh onion, minced
2 oz Olive Oil for sautéing meatballs
Place all ground meats in a large mixing bowl. To this mixture, add the rest of the ingredients. Mix together well. Check to ensure the seasoning meets your taste by forming a small patty and cooking in a saute pan. Once the seasoning is to your liking, begin to form the meatballs.
Now here’s where you can enlist the help of friends or family members. Take about 2 to 3 tablespoons of the meatball mixture and form into uniform shaped meatballs. This mixture will form approximately 24 golf ball sized meatballs.
Heat 2 ounces of olive oil in large sauce pot over medium high heat. Add the meatballs in batches once the oil becomes hot. Turn to cook each side of the meatball, allowing each part to become golden brown before turning.

Now, if you have your favorite vegetables, such as eggplants, you may add some too but make sure they are finely chopped.
Let’s Start Cooking!
First you want to brown the onions, any other vegetables, and garlic in a non-stick pan. Then you can add the spaghetti sauce and mix everything together very well. In a separate bowl, you can mix the cheeses, milk and egg. Grease the crockpot a little. Place 1/4 of the spaghetti meat sauce mixture in the bottom of the crockpot then, 1/3 of a layer of noodles. You can break the noodles so that they fit into your crockpot. After that, you can place approximately 1/3 of the cheese mixture on top. Then, repeat the process of: sauce, noodles, cheese for two more layers. Put the remaining meat sauce on top. Cook in the crockpot on low setting for approximately 6 hours until the noodles are soft.

But sometimes people want to make great sushi for the home. I should know. I own a Sushi Restaurant Murrieta and get asked all the time by my customers. They always want to know what is the secret to making great tasting sushi at home?
I always joke and tell them they can’t and they need to always come to my Sushi Restaurant. But seriously, if you are looking for great pieces of advice for great sushi you can make at home, pay attention.
First thing is to make sure to have fun. Remember, you are not trying to make this for a Sushi restaurant Temecula full of people. You more often than not are making it for friends and relatives.
Remember great tasting food doesn’t have to look beautiful. So relax because you have to remember there will be a learning curve.
For the rice, remember it has to be sticky. So if you don’t want sticky rice all over the place, wash your hands frequently.
Another great piece of advice is don’t try to make the world’s largest sushi. Yes the ingredients taste great. But when you try and put too much ingredients into one roll it will be a disaster. You will have rolls that don’t roll up. You’ll have the ingredients all over the place spilling because it will be overstuffed.
Just do not do it.
Fourth tip, be gentle. Resist the urge to use a lot of force. When you make Sushi, all you have to do is gently roll. If you apply to much force and pressure with your hands and fingers the roll will turn out funny or an odd shape.
Final tip is for when you use knives. Obviously when making sushi, you will need small parts of fish. Well to stop the fish from tearing, make sure the knife is moistened. This helps you cut into it with the knife evenly. You are going to have a nicer cut of the fish that you can easily put into the sushi roll.

Then there is the Nigiri sushi which is our second type of Sushi. This is a popular sushi that has a thin slice of raw fish, seafood, or other types of toppings that is placed on top of a rectangular chunk of rice. There is nothing
that wraps it up such as seaweed, like the Maki sushi.
Finally there is the Uramaki, which can also be called the inside out sushi. It is called inside out, because it is sort of the backwards version of the Maki, in the sense that the rice is on the outside with the nori on the inside.Also, inside you are going to find either fish or seafood.

Lobsters come under the Kingdom Animalia. It is included in the Phylum Arthropoda and Class Crustacea. The Phylum Arthropoda includes animals like the crabs, prawns, lobsters, millipedes, centipedes, cockroaches, scorpions and spiders. Lobsters include large crustaceans from two groups, one with a pair of large claws and the other without it. Lobster is valued food stuff. Lobsters crawl rather than swim. Lobsters are bilaterally symmetrical.
Lobster species differ greatly in appearance and some are not closely related to others but they all taste great. The so-called American Lobster has claws. Lobster varies in color from green to dark blue. A meaner, more voracious critter is hard to find. They fight each other to the death for territory, and the winner usually consumes the looser. They eat their own young and give no quarter. They would probably be glad to eat you as well if they could, so shed no tears when you consume them. In the northeast American Lobsters are hatchery raised until they are about three numbers of male Lobsters are caught during the summer months and stored in ponds for sale during the winter.
The mole Lobster, a clawless relative of the American Lobster, looks more like a crab with a fat abdomen. It is a cold water species found on or around weed beds, usually near isolated islands. The anatomy of lobsters includes the cephalothoraxes which is the fusion of the head and the thorax. The cephalothorax is covered by carapace of chitinous composition. Head constitutes of antennae, antennules, mandibles, the first and second maxillae and the first and second maxillipeds. The carapace is calcareous and tough to protect the internal organs of the head and the thorax and gills at the bases of the legs. The head has two pairs of antennae and the compound eyes are on mobile stalks. There are six pairs of small limbs around the mouth and five pairs of walking legs. The abdomen is strong and muscular with a strong segmented exoskeleton on the back. Lobster has its swimmerets underneath and ends in a tail fan. Lobsters have a pair of pincers called chelapad or claws, one is heavier and the other is smaller feeding claw. Lobster has an external nose which is porous so that the odor patch can be diffused from a higher concentration to a lower concentration and then out again. The sex of lobsters can be identified by examining the first set of appendages behind the walkers. The male appendages are bony and of female are feathery. Blood of lobsters is a clear fluid. Lobsters eat crabs, sea stars and sea urchin.
Unlike the aggressive American Lobster, spiny Lobsters are usually timid and retiring. During the breeding season they seem to lose their instinctive fear, often crossing shallow grass beds in great numbers. Spiny Lobsters grow about the same size as American Lobsters. Sexing Lobsters:
Female Lobsters are more succulent than the males and may contain delicious roe. The females are at their peak just before the egg-laying season when they contain roe. Keep in mind that the thin claw is for feeding and the fat claw is for crushing. You really, really do not want to find out how hard the fat claw can crush. Lobsters sold with one claw missing are called "shorts", not to be confused with illegal, undersized Lobsters which are also called "shorts". You can get real bargains by purchasing shorts with just one claw. You get more meat proportionally because the meat in the legs becomes accessible. The meat in a large Lobster is just as tender and delicious as in small ones.

Frozen spiny Lobsters are sometimes tough and often have an iodine taste if the tail is over ten ounces. It is expensive and generally has little of its distinctive fresh flavor.
